Return the non-optimized portion of the current filter expression

 Syntax

        ADSGetAOFnoOpt() --> cFilterFragment  

 Arguments

        None    

 Returns

        <cFilterFragment>    If an AOF filter expression is not fully 
                  optimizable, the non-optimizable part of the expression
                  can be retrieved with this function.
