       RESTRICTIONS  -  This  section  allows you to set  following
       restrictions on your system:

       Logon      : Minimum  speed at which  callers  can  logon
       speed        to your system.

       ANSI       : Minimum speed at which callers may  select ANSI
       speed        graphics.

       No300      : Start   time   for   disallowing  300   baud
       start        callers.

       No300      : End time for disallowing  300 baud callers.
       end          If you wish  to  allow  300 baud callers to
                    logon  at  any  time, you  can  disable the
                    NO300  restrictions  by  setting  both  the
                    START and END times to 00:00.
