       BADFILES.CTL :  This file  allows you to  specify a list  of
                       files  that  users  may not  upload.  Simply
                       specify one file per line (wildcards valid),
                       for example:

                       *.GIF
                       NORTON*.*

                       Would not allow any files matching either of
                       these two patterns to be uploaded.
