  Function       Prepares QWIKC and WNDWC to write to a hidden window.
  Syntax         void writetohidden( int windowname );
  Remarks        This function switches to writing to a hidden window.  The
                 window must be a valid window name, otherwise the program is
                 terminated with an error message.
  Return value   None.
  EOS            Restored to hidden window.
