  Function       Updates the current virtual window cursor if it is the top
                 window on the CRT.
  Syntax         void vupdatecursor(void);
  Remarks        When the cursor is moved on the virtual screen, the cursor
                 may or may not be seen in the view.  This routine updates
                 the location.  Works in any "writeto" mode.
  Return value   None.
