  Function       Restores attributes, cursor, and EOS marker for the current
                 window.
  Syntax         void restoretcwindow(void);
  Remarks        Usually this procedure is handled automatically.  If there
                 is some exception in handling, then this procedure can be
                 used.  It does the following:

                   . Resets TC's textattr and QWIKC's scroll_attr to
                     tws.origattr
                   . Restores TC's text window
                   . Resets EOS marker to last saved location
                   . Resets cursor mode
                   . Locates cursor with locatecursor

  Return value   None.
  Screens        All video pages.
  EOS            Restored.
