  Function       Moves the current top window on the CRT a relative number of
                 rows and columns.
  Syntax         void movewindow( int numofrows, int numofcols );
  Remarks        If NOMOVEMODE or PERMMODE has been set for this window, the
                 function does nothing.  Shadows are fully supported.
                 Margins are respected.
  Return value   None.
  Screens        All video pages.
  EOS            Moved relatively to the same place.
  Heap           Maximum requirement is full screen size plus the underlay
                 size.
