Syntax: int PXNetErrUser(int bufSize, char *userName)

Args: bufSize   - size of userName
      *userName - on success:  name of user holding lock

Returns: PXSUCCESS or error number

Synopsis: Returns (via username) the name of the user that holds the lock
   that caused the current locking error. If more than one lock is in
   place, only one name is returned.
