Syntax: int PXTblDecrypt(char *tblName)

Args: tblName - string pointer to file name without extension

Returns: PXSUCCESS (0) or error number

Synopsis:  Decrypts a table using the password previously supplied with
           PXPswAdd.  Table must not be open.  Once decrypted,  the table is
           no longer password protected.
