Syntax: int PXPswAdd(char *password)

Args: *password - password to add (15 chars max)

Returns: PXSUCCESS (0) or error number

Synopsis:  Adds the password to the system.  Up to 25 passwords may
   be kept at one time. Once supplied, records are automatically decrypted
   when read and encrypted when written.
