Syntax: int PXExit(void)

Args: none

Returns: PXSUCCESS (0) or error number

Synopsis: Closes single or multi user Paradox session.  Saves all record
   changes; closes all open tables; removes all locks; and clears and
   frees buffer areas, structures and internal tables. All private blobs
   are released.
