Syntax: int PXRecFirst(TABLEHANDLE tblHandle)

Args: tblHandle - table (file) handle

Returns: PXSUCCESS (0) or error number

Synopsis: Sets the current record to the first record of the table
   (in respect to the index). Note that the contents of the record buffer
   are unchanged.

   Public blobs are cleared.
