Syntax: int PXFldType(TABLEHANDLE tblHandle, FIELDHANDLE fldHandle,
                      int bufSize,  char *fldType)

Args: tblHandle - record buffer handle
      fldHandle - field handle (number) to look up
      bufSize   - size of fldType
      *fldType  - on success:  field type

Returns: PXSUCCESS (0) or error number

Synopsis: Returns (via fldType) a string indicating the field type of
   fldHandle. May be up to 5 characters in length (including null
   terminator).
