 Define:  USR is the predefined text file for the USR: device.

 Purpose: Input is from the user's input routine.
          Output is to the user's output routine.

 Notes:   Use of Assign, Reset, ReWrite, and Close is illegal here.

          User written I/O drivers are used by the USR file and device.
