 DflModTmeGet()

 Purpose:
 Get the time a deleted file was last modified.

 Syntax:
 lpszTime = DflModTmeGet()

 Parameters:
 None.

 Returns:
 A character string of length 8.

 Description:
 DflModTmeGet() returns the time the last deleted file returned by
 the function DirDflLst() was modified.

 DflModTmeGet() can only be called after DirDflLst() returns a
 valid file name.

 Example:
 // To list the deleted files in directory SYS:DATA\WP, the
 // date and time they were last modified and the user that last modified
 // them:
 lpszfilename = DirDflLst( "SYS:DATA\WP" )
