 DflModifyTimeGet()

 Purpose:
 Get the time a deleted file was last modified.

 Syntax:
 lpszTime = DflModifyTimeGet()

 Parameters:
 None.

 Returns:
 A character string of length 8.

 The CA-Clipper name for this function is:
 DflModTmeGet()

 Description:
 DflModifyTimeGet() returns the time the last deleted file returned by
 the function DirDeletedFileList() was modified.

 DflModifyTimeGet() can only be called after DirDeletedFileList() returns a
 valid file name.

 Example:
 // To list the deleted files in directory SYS:DATA\WP, the
 // date and time they were last modified and the user that last modified
 // them:
