 Broadcast messages
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 Broadcast messages are messages sent between one workstation, the default
 file server and any number of other workstations. Broadcast messages appear
 on line 25 of the receiving workstation screen or the file server console.
 WSMessageSend() can be used to send a message to other workstations.
 FSMessageSend() can be used to send a message to the file server console.
