 Using NOVLIB

 The correct operation of NOVLIB generally requires that the user is logged
 into a NetWare file server running version 2.10 or later.  There are,
 however, a number of functions which operate when a workstation is not
 logged into the file server, including FSWSLogin(), WSConnNumberGet() and
 FSNameGet(). A number of the bindery functions also enable access to
 information from the bindery without being logged in, depending on the
 security level of the bindery object. In these cases the workstation must
 be connected to the file server and communicating with it via the NetWare
 shell.

 If these functions are used in programs where the computer is not connected
 to a NetWare file server running versions 2.10 or later, an error value is
 returned.
