   TopTitles       [Type: byte]        [Range: 0-3]        [Default: 3]

        On the top row of NGX's main window will be the TopTitles:
           the guide name and
           titles of current menu and current menu item
        if space permits.

        Four options here:
           TopTitles = 3        ;Display guide name and titles
           TopTitles = 2        ;Titles only
           TopTitles = 1        ;Guide name only
           TopTitles = 0        ;Display nothing (bare frame)
