        Applies to EGA/MCGA/VGA/SVGA only.

        The toggleEGAlines feature (pressing Alt-F9) changes the number of
        screen rows by loading another size screen font. By default, NGX
        loads the new font into bank zero ("character generator RAM block
        zero").
        In case you work with other font blocks, specify the number here.

        Note: The EGA and MCGA have four font blocks (range 0-3), the
              (S)VGA eight (range 0-7).
