   BlinkMode       [Type: byte]        [Range: 0-2]        [Default: 0]

        For EGA and VGA only.

        By default, you can select from a range of 8 text background colors
        on a color system (with an option of blink or no blink). Specifying
        BlinkMode = 2 disables the blink and allows use of high-intensity
        background colors (i.e. 16 in all).


        BlinkMode = 0   ;Neutral: NGX doesn't change current blink status.
                  = 1   ;Set blink on, allow only 8 background colors.
                  = 2   ;Set blink off, allow 16 bkg. colors
