N_INWIN()

Returns

Logical true if NetLib detects a task-switching environment, such
as Microsoft Windows.

Logical false if NetLib does not detect a task-switching environment.

Description

Enables your application to test for task-switching environments,
something you may want to do if your program is logged in with access
rights that are different from those granted to the current user.
