Syntax

T_START()


Returns

Logical true if TTS is active and available.

Logical false if TTS is not available, or if running on a standalone 
system.


Description

T_START() must be the first TTS function executed by the program, 
generally immediately after N_READY(). T_START() registers the 
application with TTS and suppresses implicit transactions.
