b_border()


Syntax:     b_border(<expN>)

Purpose:    Change or clear border color

Arguments:  <expN> is a numeric value

Returns:    Nothing

Library:    MICROSYS.LIB

----------------------------------- Example ----------------------------------

   b_border(0) will put black border around screen
   b_border(1) will put blue border around screen
