 _fstrlwr()              Convert String to Lower Case (Model Independent)

 char _far *string;             String to convert

    This is the model independent version of strlwr(); it converts
    string to lower case and returns a pointer to it. See strlwr()
    for more information.

    Returns:    Pointer to the lower case string.

 Portability:   Not supported by the ANSI standard.
