strlwr()                 Convert String to Lower Case

 #include   <string.h>                   Required for declarations only

 char       *strlwr(string);
 char       *string;                     String to be converted

    strlwr() converts all uppercase letters in 'string' to lowercase.
    Other characters are not affected.

    Returns:    A pointer to 'string'.  There is no error return.

    This example converts all the letters in 'str' to lowercase.
