strcmpi()                Compare Two Strings, Case Insensitive

 int        strcmpi(string1,string2);
 char       *string1;                    First string
 char       *string2;                    Second string

    strcmpi() compares 'string1' and 'string2' lexicographically ( 'a' is
    less than 'b', 'b' is equal to 'b', and 'c' is greater than 'b').
    strcmpi() is case-insensitive; 'a' is equal to 'A'.

    Returns:    A value indicating the relationship between the two
                strings:

                      Comparison          Returned

                'string1' <  'string2'      < 0.
                'string1' == 'string2'        0
                'string1' >  'string2'      > 0.

      Notes:    strcmpi() is identical to stricmp().

                strcmpi() expects to operate on null-terminated strings.
                No overflow checking is done when strings are copied or
                appended.
