BOOL pascal IsDlgButtonChecked(HDLG hDlg, WORD id)
 <MS Windows equivalent>

  This function checks to see if a button within a dialog box is
checked.

Parameters
  hDlg is the handle of the dialog box which contains the specified control.
  id is the identifier of the control that we want to query. (The id
   is not the same thing as the handle.)

Returns
  TRUE if the dialog box control was checked, FALSE if not.
