  CreateWindow() now looks at hMenu argument, and if it is a valid menu handle,
will do a SetMenu() to attach that menu to the created window. If it is
not a valid handle, CreateWindow() looks at the lpszMenuName field of the
window class. If it is not NULL, then the menu will be loaded from the
EXE file. (You can't do this if you are using external RES files!).
