int pascal RectSort(LPRECT r)  

  This function will sort the top and bottom and the left and right
coordinates of a rectangle. The pairs of coordinates will be swapped
if the top or left coordinate is greater than the bottom or right
coordinate.

Parameters
  r is a pointer to a RECT structure.

Returns
  Nothing.
