int pascal VidSetCursor(int startscan, int endscan) This function sets the starting and ending positions of the scanlines of the hardware cursor. The cursor is comprised of 7 scanlines on a color display and 13 on a monochrome display. Paramters startscan and endscan are the 0-based positions of the scanlines. Returns Nothing.
