int pascal ToggleDlgButton(HWND hBox, BOOL fRedraw)

  This function will toggle the state of the control specified by
hBox. The state can either be TRUE (non- zero) or FALSE (zero).

Parameters
  hBox is the handle to the dialog box control. The control must be a
   radio button or a checkbox.
  fRedraw is a boolean which should be TRUE if the toggled button
   should be redrawn, and FALSE otherwise.

Returns
  Nothing.
