int pascal WinEraseEOL(HWND hWnd, int row, int col, WORD attr)

  This function will erase a single row of the window starting at the
specified column. Clipping will be performed.

Parameters
  hWnd is the handle of the window that we will write to.
  row and col are the 0-based coordinates relative to the upper-left
   corner of the client area of the window where the line will be
   cleared.
  attr specifies the color attributes of the blanks which will be written.

Returns
  Nothing.
