int pascal WinClear(HWND hWnd)

  This function erases the entire contents of the specified window.
All that this function does is to send a WM_ERASEBKGND message to the
window's winproc. The default processing for WM_ERASEBKGND is to call
WinEraseEOP(hWnd,0,0,WinGetAttr(hWnd)).

Parameters
  hWnd is the handle of the window that we will clear.

Returns
  Nothing.
