int pascal SetCapture(HWND hWnd)

  This function directs all subsequent mouse messages to be sent to
the specified window. Also see ReleaseCapture().

Parameters
  hWnd is the handle of the window that you want to direct all mouse
   input to.

Returns
  Nothing.
