        Revamped the whole class brush issue.

  You can now use the hbrBackground field in the WNDCLASS structure to
define a class background brush. When you create a window, and specify
SYSTEM_COLOR as the attribute, then MEWEL will first query the class
background brush for that window. If you haven't specified one, then MEWEL
will go to the system color table and retrieve the color for that class.
