WM_SHADOW

  This message is sent to a window proc before a window's background shadow
is to be drawn. This gives the application the opportunity to draw its own
kind of shadow effect.

Parameters
  wParam and lParam are not used.

Returns
  The user's window proc should return TRUE if it draws its own shadow,
FALSE if MEWEL should draw the shadow.
