WM_INITMENUPOPUP

  This message is sent to the window which owns the menubar just before a
pulldown menu is displayed. This lets the application perform some
initialization on the pulldown (such as checking or disabling some of the
menu items).

Parameters
  wParam is the handle of the pulldown which will be displayed.
  lParam is not used.
