ELSEIF1          ELSE With IF1                                      Directive

  ELSEIF1 Statements

     This directive is the same as an ELSE followed by an IF1. (IF1 is
     satisfied if the current pass is pass 1.) It is used to start a
     nested conditional block. For example:

                        IF NUMBER EQ 5
                           add ax,3
                        ELSEIF1
                           add bx,2
                        ELSE
                           add cx,1
                        ENDIF
