ALIGN            Aligns on Specified Boundaries                     Directive

  ALIGN number

     This directive aligns the next variable or instruction on a byte boundary
     given by number. This value must be a multiple of two. For example,
     ALIGN 4 aligns the next word or instruction on the next doubleword
     boundary.
