  MACH6SIX.OBJ:

  If you will be using the Mach SIx query optimizer with the SIx Driver, you
  need to also link in this MACH6SIX.OBJ file, or Mach SIx will not work
  properly, if at all.

  For example, to link an application called MYAPP to use Mach SIx, you would
  use the following link commands:

  RTLink:

     RTLINK FI myapp,MACH6SIX LIB machsix,dbfsix,clipper

  Blinker:

     BLINKER FI myapp,MACH6SIX LIB machsix,dbfsix,clipper

  WarpLink:

     WARPLINK myapp MACH6SIX,,,machsix dbfsix clipper
