                  MISCELLANEOUS FUNCTIONS and UTILITIES


   These functions provided here are functions which do not neatly fit
   Into any one category or area.  This is no way reflects upon their
   functionality.  This section also provides a natural vehicle for any
   last minute 'goodies' which we feel essential to include in to 'The
   Library'.

   Two utilities are also provided here which we hope will be of use to
   others.

   The simpler of the two utilities, NUMLOCK.EXE, was written simply
   because whilst developing these functions we soon tired of hitting the
   NumLock key when the machine was started.  In a development environment
   where programs frequently go wrong the only recourse is to turn off the
   machine and start again. NUMLOCK.EXE helps simply by setting the numlock
   key state to off so that those accustomed to using the cursor keys at
   the far right of the keyboard will not have to turn off the NumLock key
   state.

   The other utility is a Terminate and Stay Resident program which
   simply inserts key strokes into the keyboard buffer dependent upon the
   movement of the mouse.
