Syntax:        L_PENON()


Purpose:       To enable Light Pen Emulation.


Arguments:     None.


Returns:       Nothing.


Usage:         Use this function with light pen software, (not
               supplied), to allow the mouse buttons to be used
               instead of the light pen.

               Light pen software appears to be generally neglected in
               the PC industry.
