                                 L_HRS2SEC()


Syntax:        L_HRS2SEC(<expN>)


Purpose:       To convert a number of hours to a number of seconds.


Arguments:     <expN> is the number of hours to be converted.


Returns:       A numeric value of seconds representing the number of
               hours.
               -1 = Syntax Error


Examples:      * Calculate seconds
               ? L_HRS2SEC(4.4)                 && Result: 15840
