L_CNECSF()
Syntax: L_CNECSF(<expN1>,<expN2>)
Purpose: To calculate the curved surface area of a cone.
Arguments: <expN1> is the radius of the cone.
<expN2> is the height of the cone.
Returns: The curved surface area of the cone.
Examples: ? L_CNECSF(3.5,5) && Result: 67.109
