Syntax
------

     #include <termios.h>
     
     int tcsetattr (int fd, int action, const struct termios *termiosp);

Description
-----------

This function sets termios structure for device FD from the structure
TERMIOSP.  Note that the termios emulation handles console only.

Return Value
------------

Zero on success, nonzero on failure.
