tcdrain

Syntax
------

     #include <termios.h>
     
     int tcdrain (int fd);

Description
-----------

This function waits finishing writing queued buffer to FD. It is
provided for compatibility only.  Note that the termios emulation
handles console only.

Return Value
------------

Zero on success, nonzero on failure.
