   CLIPX is an integrated Clipper enhancement library. The major        
   function is a sophisticated table handler/browser (DBHANDLE),        
   offering many features not found in DBEDIT/TBrowse. Among these are: 
   index-based partial table (scoped logical subtable), incremental     
   search, exploding, sliding and resizable window, lockable display    
   fields, cutomizable controls, expanded UDF dialogue, on-the-fly      
   redefinition of parameters, special visual effects.                  
                                                                        
   Other functions include: reading/writing of text attributes inside   
   screen images, cut/paste operations, image squeezing, display        
   management (exploding windows, curtain-style windows, etc.), enhanced
   dBSEEK, menu handlers, string functions (justification, search,      
   comparison, tallying, translation), base conversion, date functions, 
   bit manipulation (AND, OR, XOR, etc.) for numbers or text.
