Developed by Paul D. Sheriff & Associates, Rad is an optimized
data-driven application prototyping and development system written
100% in Clipper to automate the creation of menus, screens, pick
boxes, and databases. One of the most powerful features of Rad is the
ability to develop Clipper applications without the need to compile
or link each time the programmer makes modifications. Other features
include foreign language support, user selectable data-driven or
generated source code, context-sensitive help, user attributes and
security, see-through shadow boxes, on-line notes, pop-up calendars,
application demo maker, samples, programming standards, and over 525
functions written in 100% Clipper. Rad also promotes easy integration
   of other third-party libraries.
