   PadBase was the first commercially available application for         
   pen-based computing systems. Using Clipper and PadBase, developers   
   can develop applications that run on GridPads and any PC with VGA    
   support. PadBase includes a form development tool as well as the Pen 
   Libraries. Forms can include text, pictures, buttons, pull-down      
   lists, variable fonts and sizes, as well related forms that are      
   dynamically linked.
